Thank you very much for taking the time to complete the survey on the Illumination of Conscience: Empowering the First Responders conference! We will be keeping you updated with more webmail newsletters as soon as we have determined a date and location. So far, the survey is showing that the Midwest is going to be the best area. We will be exploring venues in the Kansas City area for early November.
Please pray that we’ll be able to video-record everything for those who cannot attend.
If you offered to help, please know that the Theotokans really appreciate it. We will reach out to you when we have more details. We will definitely need more people to help out at the registration table and other places during the conference.
If you would be able to help advertise the conference on your social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, group emails), we will send memes and links in a future webmail.
In the next webmail, we will ask for volunteers who might have the talent to assist with translating into sign language, Spanish, and other languages, as suggested in the survey comments.
We also plan to offer options for carpooling for people who are traveling from a distance, and to let our attendees know how to sign up for a shared room. Our goal is to make this conference as affordable as possible.
